Standing Order

This is our main agenda and a year project. We will try our best to reach the target of 10,000 within 10 months. Everyone may participate in this programme and contribute to be part of the project.

• Starting the ‘Standing Order’

i) If an individual agrees to participate in the project, he/she is required to fill in the ‘Standing Order’ form. This form is available from the File Box at the side bar of this blog. There is two standing order form; AIB & also BOI.

ii) Fill in your account details and the Cork Mosque account details and hand it in to any of the ‘Cork Malaysian Students Society’ committee members or directly to the Bank Of Ireland.

iii) He/she is responsible to lodge in / use the direct debit facility to trasfer the amount of money into the ‘CORK MOSQUE FUND’ bank account (Bank Of Ireland). It is suggested that a minimum contribution of 10 euros per person, and 30 euros for every business premises, every month, in our effort to reach our target of 10 000 euros in 10 months.

iv) Those who downloaded the form from https://corkmosquefundraising.wordpress.com and will be dealing with the Bank Of Ireland themselves, are urged to give their information tu our representatives for record purposes.

v) This process can also be done through the ‘internetbanking’ only for those who had registered for an online account.

vi) To convince the participants that there will be no misuse of the funds, the project commitee will upload the list of donors at every end of the month in this blog. We will do our best to try and get the account statement of the ‘CORK MOSQUE FUND’ (Bank Of Ireland), scan and upload it in our official blog.

vii) The donors are greatly encouraged to increase the monthly donation so that our target funding can be achieved in a shorter time frame.

• Cancelling the ‘Standing Order’.

i) To cancel the ‘standing order’, the same form has to be filled in, in the ‘CANCEL Standing Order’ section, before returning the form to our representative or directly to the Bank Of Ireland.

ii) This process can also be done through the internetbanking-facility (only for those who had registered for an online account).

iii) The donors have the right to cancel the standing order at any time.

iv) They are also encouraged to inform us about the matter before cancelling the standing order so as to prevent any technical difficulties.

v) It is also permissible to decrease the amount of monthly donation to the ‘CORK MOSQUE FUND’.
